Some things I want clarified though. Did the Nurse actually develop the pills? Are the pills and drink actually magical?
Oh, and the MC should be 18. 20 is too big an age gap for his old schoolmates to still be in high school imo.
The pills are not known who developed them, the drink is not magical, but they call it that because of the immediate effect it has.
In my country, high school is up to 18 years old, at no time is it discussed where the story takes place, so it is possible that the MC continues to be in contact with people who continue to go to that school

Remember that he is no longer studying, Aiko told him to go to school for the first time dressed as a girl, he could have lied about his age to enter there to study, also two years apart is not much if you have repeated a course

First, you must download the correct version for your computer or mobile, then to unzip the file you need winzip or winrar, and after unzipping everything these files should appear, among them, Surrenderingtomycrush.exe, as it appears in the photo:

That's one of the fetishes you can enable/disable during a dialogue choice. So yes, Aiko will cuck the MC if you chose the option, in future updates.
